On Hagley Road in Edgbaston, this tree surgery has built a strong local reputation for careful, considerate work in residential gardens. More than one review highlights prompt responses to enquiries, with same-day visits offered when a tree had come down unexpectedly, and fair, clearly explained quotes given before work began. Jobs described include dead tree removal, stump grinding, felling of fallen trees, and pruning and reshaping of established specimens such as an old fig tree, with the team also taking on replanting afterwards.

Ray and his crew are named alongside Justin, who leads much of the client contact, and both are described as friendly, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. An observation shared by more than one reviewer is thoroughness in clearing away branches, logs and debris once cutting finishes, leaving gardens tidy. Homeowners in several reviews describe returning to the company for further tree work or general gardening needs after a first positive experience, suggesting consistency across repeat visits.

Customers also note that staff take care around neighbouring plants and structures while working, and that advice on tree health and ongoing management is practical and easy to follow. With availability throughout the week, the business remains a convenient option for households across Edgbaston needing anything from a single storm-damaged tree removed to more involved crown reduction work.
